Are the exam and certificate mandatory?
No. The exam and certificate are optional. You can take the courses just to learn.
How do I get the MENAGER.CA certificate?
Complete a module, pass the online exam, then pay the administrative fee (from CA$24.99). Your PDF certificate is instantly downloadable from your student area.
